1. Introduction

Welcome to Muslim Fortress ("the App"), a free Islamic companion application offering adhkar & duas, accurate prayer times, educational content and a daily worship planner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. The App is intended for a general audience (adults, 18+) and is not directed to children. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the App's features.

a. Location data (only with your permission)

What: Approximate device location (latitude/longitude). Why: To calculate accurate prayer times for your area. How: Used on your device to map your position to the nearest city; only the city name and timezone are stored. You can deny location access and pick a city manually at any time.

b. Google / Apple account information (only if you sign in)

What: Your account email, display name, and profile picture URL. Why: To create your in-app profile and sync your data across devices. How: Authentication is handled directly by Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In. You may also continue as a Guest without providing any account information.

c. App preferences and worship logs

Selected language, prayer-time settings, adhan preferences, and your planner entries (prayer logs, adhkar counts, study sessions). Stored locally on your device and synced to our backend only if you sign in.

d. Purchases

If you subscribe or donate, the store (Google Play / Apple) provides us a purchase token/receipt used only to validate and grant your entitlement. We never receive your card or payment details.

3. How we use your information

• Provide accurate prayer times based on your city.
• Sync your preferences and worship logs across devices.
• Send local notifications for prayer times and daily adhkar.
• Validate premium purchases and donations.
• Improve stability and respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising. The App contains no ads.

4. Not directed to children

Muslim Fortress is intended for a general audience of adults (18+). It is not designed for or directed to children. The App contains no advertising, no chat or user-to-user messaging, and no social features. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Permissions we request

You can revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.

7. Data retention & deletion

Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App. Cloud-synced data (if you signed in) is retained while your account is active. To request full account and data deletion, contact us at the email below.
